Staff promotions, additions and changes
Despite the many challenges of 2021, Palisades Hudson has welcomed new employees and has seen experienced employees take on new roles this year.
Six Customer Service Managers – Anthony D. Criscuolo, Melinda Kibler, ReKeihen Miller, Rebecca Pavese, Benjamin C. Sullivan and Thomas Walsh – have assumed the new title of âSenior Customer Service Managerâ to reflect their high level of expertise and of experience. All six have been with the firm for a decade or more, and they offer clients a unique and profound perspective on financial planning. Ben founded our Austin, Texas office in 2016; Melinda supervises the staff at our head office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida; and ReKeithen is the manager of our Atlanta office, where Anthony, Rebecca and Thomas are also based.
Additionally, Victoria Romaniello was named the firm’s first Senior Client Service Partner. A graduate of Villanova University, Victoria joined the Palisades Hudson team in 2019. Victoria works across all of our financial planning, asset management and tax practices from our office in Stamford, Connecticut.
Also based in our Stamford office, Lesley Oberstadt has become one of Palisades Hudson’s newest financial planning assistants. Lesley received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Connecticut State University, where she majored in financial accounting. She first joined the staff as an Administrative Associate in 2018.
Colorado-based Ashley Drayer recently took her place as the company’s third head of financial planning. Ashley provides support to customer service staff across the firm, but her primary focus and area of ââexpertise is Palisades Hudson’s Entertainment and sport practice. Graduated in 2010 from the University of Northern Colorado, Ashley continued her education in music business at Palisades Hudson by attending classes at the Berklee School of Music Online. She joined the firm in 2017 as an administrative partner.
The director of financial planning, Stephen Grady III, does not change his title, but still takes on a new major responsibility. Stephen will now coordinate the firm’s tax preparation services in all five offices, taking over from Anthony. A magna cum laude graduate from Mercy College, Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He began his tenure at Palisades Hudson as a Financial Planning Assistant, joining the Atlanta office in 2012.
In addition to the recent round of promotions, Palisades Hudson was delighted to welcome four new staff members this year. Noah Hankin joined Palisades Hudson Financial Group as a Customer Service Associate in the summer of 2021. He is based at the company’s headquarters in Fort Lauderdale. Noah graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an Undergraduate Certificate in Global Business.
We have also added two new administrative associates. Ryan Gonzalez is based in Fort Lauderdale and Alyssa Drowne works from the firm’s Stamford office; frequent callers may have already spoken to one or both of them when they contacted our staff by phone. In addition to overseeing incoming phone calls to five offices, Ryan and Alyssa provide support to our staff with mail, travel reservations, research and various other administrative projects. Ryan studied at Miami-Dade College, with a focus on film production technology and interpretation of American Sign Language. Alyssa obtained both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration from the University of the Sacred Heart.
Our newest recruit is Kasey Radney, who joined our Atlanta office as a Financial Planning Assistant. Kasey graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Family and Consumer Sciences and Consumer Economics. He joined the Palisades Hudson team in mid-November.
